Spot Group works across three divisions. Spot Consultants handles architectural planning, building design, landscape design, liaisoning and approvals, estimation, working drawings and site supervision. Spot Interio delivers interior design and turnkey interior execution for homes, offices, retail, hospitality and institutional spaces. Spot Erectors takes on structural construction, MEP services, project management and end-to-end execution.
Where is Spot Group located and which areas do you serve?
Our studio is at 409 & 410, Rama Equator, Samrat Chowk, Morwadi, Pimpri, Pune – 411018. We take on projects across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, and work with clients throughout Maharashtra and the rest of India.
How long has the firm been practising?
Spot Group has been designing and building since 1991 — more than 36 years of residential, commercial, institutional and industrial work.
Can Spot Group handle design and construction together?
Yes. Because architecture, interiors and structural execution sit under one roof, a single project can move from concept planning through working drawings to on-site execution without being handed between separate firms. Clients can also engage any one division on its own.
What does the project process look like?
Every engagement starts with a requirement analysis covering your vision, site conditions and budget. From there we move through concept planning, design development, technical documentation and approvals, then coordination and supervision on site, and finally quality checks and handover with complete documentation.
